• In case you are a Skipper, we also collect personal data connected to your offered labor services which you provide us optional via your dashboard and application form.

You directly provide SeaMasters OG with most of the data we collect and proceed. We collect data and process data when you:
• Register online via our web services or you purchase any services directly at SeaMasters OG
• Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.

• In case of Skippers personal data will be processed and shared according to performed search queries of our clients. Skippers may agree via their Dashboard to so called features, which will make their profile public under www.skipper.ninja, until withdrawal of their consent.
When SeaMasters OG processes your order, it may send your data to, and also use the resulting information from credit reference agencies to prevent fraudulent purchases.
How do we store your data
SeaMasters OG securely stores your data at secured servers at Netcup AG (Germany).
SeaMasters OG will keep your personal data for the period of your registration or until you revoke your permission. Please mind that certain data may be stored longer due to legal requirements i.e. for financial reports. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data.
