Started with the simple objective to make skipper bookings faster and easier for everybody in the yacht charter market, our team of sea enthusiasts began to create Skipper.Ninja – what today is not only another skipper booking platform.
Our vision is to create a community that lets all stakeholders thrive. We connect Fleet Operators, Charter Agents, Skippers, and sailing schools worldwide with the goal to enhance the traditional yacht charter market with a modern skipper search and booking platform and a community feeling. To achieve our goals, we are constantly developing our platform while always listening to the needs of our customers and partners. This means that we provide more than just a platform for fast bookings; we also offer a wide range of additional features, some of which are unique in the market. We also strengthen the sense of belonging of every platform member through partner programs and other offerings, enabling everyone to share in our success.
We firmly believe in setting new standards of professionalism and we strictly adhere to the principle of quality over quantity as we know the pains of the yacht charter industry and learned our lessons.

With his long-lasting experience as inhouse counsel for a international corporate group, the current CEO of vision2solution René supports the Skipper.Ninja team with commercial and legal expertise as well as in communication.
Jackie Ben Zvi
Marketing
Jackie knows the business and networks like the back of her hand. working as a charter agent since 2013 She founded her own company SY Boating in 2019.
Sailing as skipper since 2012, Her tours lead her to all over the world, including an Atlantic crossing in 2014, a BSc in Marine biology and Master in Marine resource management.
Manuel Göschl
CEO
Being a professional skipper since 2009, Manuel loves sailing the sea. He wants to set new standards in the skipper business.
Our CEO graduated as a Master of Business Administration in 2012, founded his company Yacht-Holiday in 2013 and has more than 30.000 nautical miles of yachting experience on about over 200 trips.
Roi Ben Zvi
Quality Management
Having the Love for Sea and Sailing since childhood, Roi is a skipper since 1999. Since then he worked as Marine Safety Officer, Dinghy Coach and Sailing yacht Instructor.
He has logged more than 16.000 nautical miles of sailing experience all over the world and graduated as B.Sc. Marine Biology as well as in M.A. in Nautical History & Archeology.
Michael Hofer
CTO
Michael is a software developer who studied Telecommunication Systems
and Informatics. After more than 15 years of working for several software companies he
founded his own brand HelloWorldStudios in 2020.
In 2023 he joined the team to put all his experience into this international start-up.
